Hello K1 families,
Some important reminders:

Next Thursday October 27th,  K1 will celebrate Halloween with a party during our snack time and participate in the Early Childhood Halloween parade. Because this is an all-day affair, children who normally leave at 11:30 are welcome to spend the day. Please remember to send a lunch and drink if they stay for the day. Please do not send any additional food or treats- we do not want the children to get sick from too many treats.   The Early Childhood Costume parade will take place that afternoon at 1:45 in the school yard. Please have your child in costume coming to school that day. Children can wear comfortable clothes or their uniform under their costumes.  Children should wear SNEAKERS no costume related shoes, NO masks or costume props (swords, wands, hulk hands, etc.) should come into school.   Please see the letter that was sent home in your child's green communication folder for additional information, or contact Mrs. Powers or Mrs. Barbuto with any questions.
